Tutorial Three
The final will include an extra credit essay. In this essay you will be
asked to trace the development of any one aspect of Russian culture from the
earliest days of Kievan Rus' to the present. You could discuss, for
example, religion, politics, military might, literature, music, or art.
This essay will be worth a substantial amount of extra credit, so if you have
had low grades on the midterms, you should think about what you are going to
write about ahead of time and come up with a strong essay.
