Tutorial Three

The final will include an extra credit essay.  In this essay you will be asked to trace the development of any one aspect of Russian culture from the earliest days of Kievan Rus' to the present.  You could discuss, for example, religion, politics, military might, literature, music, or art.  This essay will be worth a substantial amount of extra credit, so if you have had low grades on the midterms, you should think about what you are going to write about ahead of time and come up with a strong essay.
